Assist in the day‑to‑day operations of our sales incentive compensation plans globally, ensuring payments are accurate, timely and paid in accordance with the plans.
Serve as the expert resource for the various plans the team administers, including general commission rules and specific plan requirements for all plan types, and understanding system capabilities.
Act as a point of contact for their assigned area, performing research to help resolve issues and develop appropriate solutions for exception payments.
