Key Responsibilities
Sales Support: Assist the Sales Teams in the preparation and booking of license agreements in Salesforce, managing the entire opportunity lifecycle, including entry, modifications, and cancellations.Quality Control: Act as the point of control to ensure accurate booking and documentation of sales in Salesforce based on signed contracts.Renewal Monitoring: Keep an eye on overdue renewals, send reminders to Sales Teams about updating the status of pending renewals, and assess business risk exposure.System Enhancement: Collaborate with the Salesforce Development Team to recommend system improvements and identify existing issues.Reporting: Prepare monthly sales reports and other ad hoc reports to support business insights.Project Participation: Engage in various projects within the finance organization to drive continuous improvement.Qualifications
