Position Overview

General Administration work as per the requirement from the Department heads. 
Coordination of Sales & Marketing Requirements. 
Delivery & Inventory management as per the customers purchase order and schedules. 
Coding and material tracking. 
Coordinating and Invoicing of Purchase Orders. 
Sales Order for Balance Material. 
Assisting / Typing of Quotations for the Marketing and Sales Team 
Assisting in the making of project submittals. 
Maintaining & updating of all accessory catalogue/s. 
Quotation pricing 
Technical calculation 
Technical submittal 
Sample kit management
