Position Overview

Monitor vehicle stock and maintain accurate inventory records through the digital portal. 
Allocate vehicle reservations and manage stock availability as required. 
Support the sales team by initiating and processing vehicle tagging and de-tagging requests. 
Receive, consolidate, and coordinate vehicle cancellation requests with the Finance team until completion. 
Validate and process customer refund requests in accordance with company procedures. 
Oversee and support the day-to-day operations of the showroom to ensure smooth business activities. 
Compile, analyze, and generate sales performance reports for management review. 
Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Logistics, and other departments to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks. 
Review operational processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements to enhance productivity and customer service.
