Position Overview
As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the success of our North America Sales organization. Working collaboratively with a team of colleagues, you will perform critical account maintenance and revenue-generating activities that support the sales process from order entry through completion.
This is a hybrid role, three days per week onsite in the Lawrenceville office.
β’ Process customer and partner orders and quotes via web and phone while ensuring accuracy and completeness.
β’ Perform advanced account maintenance, including updates, modifications, and data entry.
β’ Review, validate, and process sales orders, making corrections as needed to ensure accuracy.
β’ Investigate and resolve complex order processing issues involving technical or product-related requirements.
β’ Process customer transactions, including subscriptions, cancellations, account modifications, upgrades, downgrades, and migrations.
