7-10 years of sales operations, finance or accounting experience including 5 years’ experience in information technology / Technology services industry.
Strong understanding of end‑to‑end sales processes, pipeline management, forecasting, quota/territory planning, and bookings/revenue metrics.
Exceptional analytical skills combined with sound business judgment, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for sales leadership.
Advanced hands-on experience with Salesforce.com (CRM hygiene, dashboards, reports, and data integrity).
Expert-level proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, modeling, automation concepts) and PowerPoint for executive-ready storytelling.
Experience working with Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar) is highly desirable.
