Leads and supervises the Sales Data Specialist, ensuring effective data collection, validation, analysis, and reporting.
Ensures accuracy, completeness, and integrity of sales data across systems (SAP, POS, and internal reports), resolving discrepancies as needed.
Analyzes sales performance and KPIs (volume, revenue, growth, coverage) to identify gaps, opportunities, and provide actionable insights.
Supports sales planning and operations, including forecasting, target setting, and cross-functional coordination with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain.
Develops and improves reporting tools and dashboards, standardizes processes, and delivers regular performance updates to Sales leadership.
