Lula is seeking a Sales Operations Support to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to our B2B Sales team. This role acts as the 'connective tissue' of the sales cycle, responsible for managing the administrative burden of the application process and providing vital post-sale support to existing clients. By handling technical queries, document workflows, and continuous financial monitoring, you enable Relationship Managers to focus on high-value conversion and portfolio growth.
Key responsibilities Application & Lifecycle Support

+ End-to-End Administrative Management: Provide full administrative support throughout the application process, ensuring all documentation is collected, verified, and uploaded timeously for Credit Risk assessment.
