POSITION SUMMARY
The Sales Operations & Support Manager is responsible for preparing pricing and margin analysis for quotes that deviate from outlined policies. Ensures proper adherence and tracking of quote approval for compliance with the Sarbanes‑Oxley Act (SOX). The Sales Pricing Analyst will work cross‑functionally with other pricing analysts and business partners in analyzing, processing, and documenting Deviation of Policy quotes.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Completes in-depth Deviation of Policy (DOP) pricing analysis to drive profitability and win deals; reports deal level results to executive leadership.
- Creates pricing strategies to improve margin and revenue for the business.
- Works cross‑functionally with business partners to validate deal economics and implement recommended changes.
