Job Description :
β’ Analyze sales KPI trend and identify areas that need improvement.
β’ Propose monthly, quarterly, yearly Sales forecast.
β’ Drive the creation of activation plans and sales program to achieve the objective.
β’ Propose promotion program based on monthly sales forecast; monthly sales Objective to each regions.
β’ Assist in the development of future year Gross Sales and Trade forecasts that incorporate marketing assumptions, trade initiatives and customer plans
β’ Consolidate monthly sales spend and tracking versus budget/ plan; analyze monthly sales cost.
β’ Liaise with Sales team and Customers to get Consumer Insights as needed to support fact based development of plans.
β’ Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to execute and track promotional programs in line with company strategy and brand standard.
β’ Provide analysis for current year volume forecasts and trade spending and on-going process improvement.
