Position Overview

Job Description :


β€’ Analyze sales KPI trend and identify areas that need improvement.
β€’ Propose monthly, quarterly, yearly Sales forecast.
β€’ Drive the creation of activation plans and sales program to achieve the objective.
β€’ Propose promotion program based on monthly sales forecast; monthly sales Objective to each regions.
β€’ Assist in the development of future year Gross Sales and Trade forecasts that incorporate marketing assumptions, trade initiatives and customer plans
β€’ Consolidate monthly sales spend and tracking versus budget/ plan; analyze monthly sales cost.
β€’ Liaise with Sales team and Customers to get Consumer Insights as needed to support fact based development of plans.
β€’ Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to execute and track promotional programs in line with company strategy and brand standard.
β€’ Provide analysis for current year volume forecasts and trade spending and on-going process improvement.
