Key Responsibilities - Achieve Year-To-Date (YTD) sales budget targets while managing orders to ensure timely delivery and maintaining appropriate product service levels in stores.
- Ensure the correct product range is listed and displayed according to customer segments, influencing listings through an understanding of store-specific needs and consumer demand.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities while building and maintaining strong customer relationships to support long-term growth.
- Maintain professional and consistent communication with store personnel, including conducting in-store promotions and product training where required.
- Complete all call cycles, reports, CRM updates, and related administration accurately and timeously, including the submission of weekly sales reports, customer feedback, and expense claims.
