Position Overview
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Client Relationship Management & Retention Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key accounts to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty. Identify and implement opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and value-added solutions. Act as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery. In-Market Execution & Travel. Extensive weekly travel is required, including prolonged overnight stays, to effectively cover the full territory: West Coast, Central Karoo, Overberg, Cape Winelands, Garden Route, and the Cape Metropole. Conduct regular store visits, trade engagements, and execution audits across the assigned customer portfolio to ensure alignment with commercial and merchandising standards. Identify execution gaps, monitor competitor activity, and uncover growth opportunities to drive improved customer performance and market share.
