Job Description

Administrative Support:

  • Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of senior staff.
  • Maintain and organize office records, files, and documents.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting agendas.

Scheduling and Coordination:

  • Arrange meetings, appointments, and conferences.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field (preferred).

1-3 years of experience in an administrative or secretarial role.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
