Job Description

Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting Paylalo , a payroll and timekeeping application designed to streamline employee compensation, attendance, and HR processes. This role focuses on B2B sales , targeting companies that need efficient payroll and workforce management solutions.

Sales & Business Development

• Identify and acquire new clients (SMEs, corporations, HR departments)
• Generate leads through outbound and inbound channels
• Build a strong sales pipeline and close deals
• Conduct product demos and presentations of Paylalo
• Explain features such as payroll automation, timekeeping, overtime, and benefits tracking
• Customize solutions based on client needs

Client Management

• Build relationships with business owners, HR managers, and decision-makers
