Sales Representative - Modernization


Your main responsibilities

+ Meet and/or exceed assigned sales targets and customer objectives

+ Negotiate contract terms that align with company goals

+ Identify customer needs and secure new business by positioning company products and services

+ Build and maintain strong client relationships; proactively address and resolve customer concerns

+ Prepare sales estimates and proposals for company products

+ Maintain accurate customer records and documentation in line with established procedures

+ Partner with owners and building management to secure new maintenance agreements, renewals, and system upgrades (including code compliance and modernization solutions)

+ Leverage competitive insights to support sales strategy; effectively communicate key information to both customers and internal teams
