Job Description
- Managing the Pipedrive (Employer CRM System).
- Conduct live and virtual demo meetings with prospect/existing clients.
- Follow up on the status of the deal of the client.
- Assist walk-in clients.
- Generate own leads through outsourcing on social media, cold calls, and/or in person.
- Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the Sales Team and other departments.
- Other tasks assigned by the employer.
Qualifications:
-Good Communication skills both in English and Filipino
- Client-facing and Customer Service skills
- Computer literate with knowledge in email, google tools like google chat, docs and sheet.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- At least 1 year Sales experience (Professional, B2B)
