Sales Representative with managerial skills is required by a manufacturing company in Alberton. To also lead the internal sales group. Experience in the steel industry will be an advantage (quick fasteners, handles, hinges and metal pressings). Client relations: strong client liaison, including order follow‑up, addressing complaints, resolving issues, and maintaining positive long‑term relationships. Negotiation & deal closures. Skilled in negotiating and closing sales and service deals, identifying opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Communication: proficient in telephone and in‑person communication, presenting to existing and prospective customers, and answering technical queries. Sales & service strategy: identifying sales/service opportunities, cold calling, and growing new business. Pricing & reporting: providing accurate, competitive pricing, reporting to management, and ensuring pricing and stock consistency.
