Position Overview

  • 1. Greet and direct guest to designated room/table and ensuring necessary and appropriate actions are taken to delight customers.
  • 2. Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • 3. Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
  • 4. Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • 5. Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.
  • 6. Understanding and promoting company programs.
  • 7. Obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients.
  • 8. Performing cost-benefit analyses of existing and potential customers.
