Key Responsibilities

• Hit annual sales targets via strategic planning and execution
• Recruit, manage, and grow distributor/agent network
• Build strong KOL and hospital relationships
• Lead tenders, contract negotiations, and payment collection
• Represent brand at exhibitions and academic events
• Gather market intelligence and report competitor moves
• Coordinate internal teams (logistics, regulatory, technical) for smooth delivery

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (Biomedical, Clinical Medicine, or International Trade preferred)
• 3+ years overseas medical device sales; surgical consumables/procedure pack experience strongly preferred
• Proven SEA market and distributor management track record
• Fluent English (written & spoken); local SEA language is a plus
