Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Management, Retail Management, or a similar field.
• Master’s degree in a business-related discipline is an advantage.
• At least 5–10 years of significant retail industry experience and sales leadership roles.
• Proven history of managing large retail networks, driving sales performance, and optimizing store productivity is an advantage.
• Can start as soon as possible is an advantage.
