The Sales & Service Executive (Bukit Indah) role is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Johor Baharu. The individual in this role will engage directly with customers at the branch or service centre, promoting AEON Credit’s financing products, credit cards, and insurance solutions, while providing clear information on product features, eligibility, and application procedures. Daily responsibilities include processing applications, verifying customer documents, handling inquiries, resolving service‑related issues, and ensuring a smooth customer journey from onboarding to after‑sales support.
