Overview

Supports the execution of ZNM’s B2B sales and commercial initiatives through sales analysis, partner coordination, and implementation of commercial products and promotions. The role contributes to revenue growth by supporting performance tracking, product rollout, and effective engagement with B2B partners

Responsibilities
  • Revenue Generation: Create and implement long-term sales and promotional strategies, including defining B2B pricing models/discount brackets, packages, and other museum offers with corporate/government clients.
  • B2B Sales Development & Account Management: Develop, pitch and manage B2B sales promotions, and coordinate (through the SCD centralized team) with key stakeholders such as Destination Management Companies (DMCs), travel agencies (OTAs), hotels, and MICE operators.
