Position Overview

What You'll Do

  • Make 80–120 outbound calls per day to parent leads
  • Pitch our programs and handle questions confidently
  • Book free demo / trial sessions for interested parents
  • Follow up with every booked lead to confirm attendance β€” no ghost demos
  • Reschedule no-shows and maintain a demo show-up rate above 70%
  • Log all call outcomes in the CRM the same day


You're a Fit If You

  • Have 2–3 years in tele-sales, inside sales, or customer service
  • Are fluent in English + one regional language
  • Are comfortable making back-to-back calls all day and still sound warm
  • Take ownership: if a demo is booked, you own it until the parent shows up
  • Should have worked in Edtech


You'll Be Measured On

  • Daily calls: 80–120 minimum
  • Lead-to-demo booking rate: β‰₯ 25%
  • Demo show-up / completion rate: β‰₯ 70%
