- Conduct customer needs assessments through interviews and report findings to the supervisor (while learning about the production process). - Visit and evaluate suppliers (includes business trips). - Follow up with existing Japanese clients, who constitute over 80% of the customer base (e.g., major cafe chains, furniture trading companies). - Handle quotation requests and prepare proposals. - Manage inquiries and orders from new American and European clients, primarily focusing on handling incoming inquiries for new customer acquisition. - Conduct sales activities targeting real estate developers to supply furniture for fully-furnished properties. - Perform mostly office-based work, with occasional business travel (approximately once per year or less). - Identify sales opportunities and manage customer relationships while learning about the company's products and services.
