They are looking for Sales Staff at a major Japanese refrigerated warehouse company.
To ensure a deep understanding of our warehouse operations, you will spend the first about 6 months focusing on Sales Administration tasks. Following this onboarding period, you will closely work with and learn sales strategies from the Japanese Manager. The expectation is that you will be able to independently handle new business development after one year.
Please note that even after becoming an independent sales staff, you will still be required to perform Sales Administration tasks as needed.
