This role is responsible for driving sales performance, ensuring quality customer interactions, and improving operational efficiency through coaching and process optimization.



Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Supervision

• Coach, mentor, and motivate Sales Assistants to achieve sales targets

• Monitor daily performance including calls, follow-ups, and CRM usage

• Conduct performance evaluations and provide regular feedback

• Support onboarding and training of new team members



Sales Operations & Client Engagement
