Assist the Store Manager in achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs
Supervise staff during shifts, ensuring productivity and accountability.
Ensure all staff adhere to customer service standards and company values
Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies
Support daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
Ensure all cash handling, banking, and procedures are followed accurately
