POSITION SUMMARY:


This position is responsible for providing support to the Andersen Department Manager and outside sales representatives, as well as building contractors, architects, homeowners, prospects, etc., and to deal with building contractors, architects, homeowners, prospects, etc., (“customers”), who contact BGS in regard to Andersen windows and doors inquiries, orders, order entry, pricing, scheduling, delivery dates, and responding to customer questions and complaints.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

+ Contact customers to arrange appointments at the Long Branch showroom or to update them on the status of an order or a delivery.
