To manage end-to-end sales order processing and provide administrative support to the sales team, ensuring smooth coordination with other business units and accurate reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Order Processing : Handle and process customer orders accurately and efficiently; ensure timely order entry into SAP and monitor order status until delivery; coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure order fulfillment.
- Administrative Sales Support : Assist the sales team with documentation, quotations, and customer communications; maintain and update customer records and pricing information; support in preparing sales presentations and proposals.
- Cross-Functional Coordination : Liaise with finance, supply chain, and customer service teams to resolve order-related issues; collaborate with business units to ensure alignment on delivery schedules and inventory availability.
