Job Responsibilities: - Support sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and technical documentation for ICT projects (data center, cabling, networking). - Coordinate with vendors, procurement, finance and delivery teams to ensure accurate pricing and solution design. - Manage internal approval processes including contract, PO, and invoicing coordination. - Track project pipeline and maintain sales documentation. - Assist in communication with customers and suppliers in English and Portuguese when required. Job Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Telecommunications, IT or related fields. - 2+ years experience in sales support/commercial operations / ICT industry. - Familiar with ICT products such as network equipment, structured cabling, or data center solutions. - Good English and Portuguese communication skills (written and spoken). - Strong coordination and documentation skills.
