Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Support Specialist to join our team on a 6‑month maternity cover basis. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in supporting the contact center team by managing reporting processes, maintaining sales data, and providing operational support to ensure smooth workflow. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports, dashboards, and performance metrics using Excel and other reporting tools.
• Record, produce and prepare statistics and information required by the management in relation to the preparation and production of the reports as well as produce simple performance‑based reports.
• Update and manage customer information, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• File preparation for agents and for BAU leads allocation.
• Daily Sales and Monthly Commission Report.
