Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Support Specialist to support our sales team and help drive operational efficiency. This role will be responsible for assisting with customer communications, preparing sales documents, maintaining records, processing orders, and ensuring a high level of internal and external service
Responsibilities
• Prepare sales reports, proposals, and presentations
• Maintain CRM records and client data
• Process orders and ensure documentation accuracy
• Support client follow ups and internal coordination
Requirements
• 2+ years of sales or administrative support experience
• CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency
