Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor and manage a high-performing Inside Sales team
Drive daily, weekly and monthly revenue targets
Monitor conversions, productivity and pipeline performance
Conduct coaching sessions, call audits and performance reviews
Develop and execute effective sales strategies
Support the team in closing high-value opportunities
Collaborate with marketing and operations for better lead conversion
Prepare MIS reports, forecasts and sales dashboards
Ensure excellent customer experience and team engagement
