Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Admission Counselors.
  • Monitor daily sales activities and ensure achievement of team targets.
  • Conduct regular training, coaching, and performance reviews.
  • Track team KPIs, conversions, and productivity metrics.
  • Handle escalations and assist team members in closing admissions.
