Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa (CCBSA) has an opportunity in the Sales department. We are looking for a talented individual with relevant skills and experience for a Sales Team Leader role, based in Tzaneen . The successful candidate will report directly to the Channel Lead on site.
Key Purpose
The Sales Team Leader will implement and execute L&T strategies in the trade through effective management and coaching of team members ( Merchandiser Order Takers ) to achieve KPI targets.
Responsibilities
Lead and coach Merchandiser Order Takers to execute plans and deliver on KPI targets.
Implement and monitor L&T strategies in the trade to drive performance.
Collaborate with the Channel Lead and sales team to ensure alignment with site objectives.
