This role develops associates in effective selling techniques, executing successful store events, and maintaining an attractive store environment. The Sales Team Manager works collaboratively with other store leaders to optimize team performance and promote memorable shopping experiences that build customer loyalty and satisfaction. This is an exempt position, with monthly bonus eligibility.
