Job Roles & Responsibilities: β Working closely with Channel Partners to generate leads from the Real Estate Market. β Will be doing cold calling to generate leads. β Determine telemarketing quality standards by studying inbound and outbound calls, conducting test calls to telemarketing service representatives regularly β Should be up-to-date with industry developments related to real estate and interiors β Set and meet performance targets for speed, efficiency, quality, delivery and sales. β Open to work six days a week Work Location: HRBR Layout (Work from Office, Bangalore) Requirements: β Excellent communication skills (English) β Good interpersonal skills β Positive attitude. β Passion for Sales. β Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
