Job responsibilities:

• Design and implement effective sales training programs
• Conduct workshops and coaching sessions to enhance the communication abilities
• Deliver in-depth product knowledge training
• Partner with the Quality Assurance team to review and improve the quality of calls
• Provide guidance on best practices for dealing with third‑party marketing agencies
• Lead the onboarding process for all new hirers
• Partner with the L&D/Trainer Lead to help formalize and enhance development programs
• Conduct refresher training sessions
• Execute training activities to drive continuous improvement.
• Assist the site training lead in conducting one‑on‑one coaching sessions
