Job Summary

The Training Supervisor is responsible for creating new modules for Training and Development of our Sales Team and implementing training activities to help develop the skills of our Sales Team. Also, to recruit new Sellers both In House and External Partners to help the Team grow the sales network.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of a Bachelor’s degree Psychology, Business Administration, Marketing Communications or any related course.
• At least 2 years experience in Training and Development for Sales personnel in a Real Estate Company.
• Must have experience in Training Module creation for Real Estate Sales Personnel.
• Must be willing to work onsite in Mandaluyong.
