Responsibilities
Function as Salesforce admin and support maintenance and development of existing products on the Salesforce platform.
Execute day‐to‐day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of platform orgs.
Own all aspects of Salesforce administration, configuration, maintenance, technical/functional capabilities.
Manage major and minor Salesforce releases, including sandbox refreshes and regression testing.
Manage structure, policy enforcement, and deployment of configuration and code changes in appropriate promotional paths.
Develop ad‐hoc reports requested by users and perform data analysis as required.
Maintain and communicate Salesforce metrics to track usage and data integrity trends.
