As a Salesforce Analyst you’ll work closely with the Delivery Lead, Salesforce Lead and across teams within the Development and Delivery area. You will be responsible for capturing and documenting our business requirements and working those requirements through the SDLC to be realised in thoroughly tested working software. The capture of clear requirements and acceptance criteria is critical to our business. The Salesforce Analyst will develop a strong internal capability in the management and capture of requirements. You will be ready to learn and share expertise. You will pick up a variety of changes quickly and work as part of a team as we strive for excellence as we deliver key changes and improvements to our core products.
