• Configure and customize Fusion Framework built on Salesforce to support business use cases workflows and dashboards
• Develop and maintain custom objects flows validation rules Lightning pages approval processes and custom metadata
• Build and optimize custom components Apex LWCVisualforce where needed
• Manage data models permission sets roles profiles and sharing rules
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into functional technical solutions
• Support integration with external systems ServiceNow email platforms data sources etc
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues bugs and performance bottlenecks
• Maintain system documentation and provide enduser support or training when required
