Define and own the end-to-end Salesforce architecture for Agency journey and related insurance solutions, including integration with core systems (PAS, billing, claims, reinsurance).
Lead solution ideation, feasibility analysis, and fit-gap assessments for new initiatives.
Develop architecture guardrails and ensure compliance with enterprise standards.
Domain Expertise
Serve as a subject matter expert in insurance domains such as life, health, and general insurance, with a strong focus on Distribution transformation areas across Agency lifecycle like Recruitment, Training, Leads Management, Performance Management, Reporting and Analytics.
Leverage platforms like Financial Services Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud to deliver digital, omni-channel experiences.
