Responsibilities

• Own and lead a medium-sized product domain within the Core Customer 360 platform, leveraging either out-of-the-box Salesforce configurations or custom development using programmatic design options
• Being a subject matter expert of your specific product business domain
• Hold a deep understanding of systems, enabling you to debug them effectively and efficiently without significant difficulty
• Leading and contributing to ongoing platform oversight by conducting security assessments, reviewing Salesforce release updates
