Position Overview

The Salesforce CRM Analyst will support the evolution and deployment of Salesforce solutions across divisions with a primary focus on Europe. The role combines business analysis, solution design and configuration, and hands‑on Salesforce development while working closely with the Global CRM Lead and CRM Team to deliver improvements and implementations within ITW’s decentralized operating model.
