Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant in the Customer Data & Omnichannel Experience capability group supporting enterprise CDP implementations.
What you’ll do:
- Configure Salesforce Data Cloud data models, data streams, and data transformations to enable scalable data ingestion and processing
- Implement Identity Resolution (IR) and unified customer profiles across multiple data sources
- Build and maintain Calculated Insights (CI) to support analytics, reporting, and segmentation use cases
- Create and manage audience segments for marketing and CRM activation across Salesforce ecosystems
- Enable activation to Salesforce Marketing Cloud, CRM, and other Salesforce platforms for cross‑channel engagement
- Configure and explore Agentforce capabilities to support automation and intelligent workflows
- Support testing, data validation, and troubleshooting to ensure data accuracy and platform reliability
