Responsibilities

Develop, operate, and enhance the Salesforce Data Cloud environment, ensuring stability and data quality

Integrate data from multiple sources (CRM, APIs, external systems, data warehouses) and build efficient data pipelines

Design and maintain data models, including data lake structures and unified customer data models

Implement identity resolution and manage unified customer profiles

Perform data transformations, cleansing, deduplication, and enrichment

Develop APIs and integrations (, REST, MuleSoft), ensure near real-time data exchange, and monitor performance and compliance (, GDPR)
