Key Responsibilities

• Own the design and implementation of strategic Salesforce initiatives, ensuring technical solutions align with long-term business goals.
• Configure and optimize OOB Opportunity Management within Sales Cloud and design automated, multi-channel campaigns within Marketing Cloud.
• Drive projects focused on Contact and Account data enrichment to ensure high data quality and actionable insights.
• Oversee and execute the creation of custom objects, complex APEX code, and advanced Flow automations to extend platform capabilities.
