Job Summary We are hiring an experienced Salesforce Developer to build and support Salesforce solutions, primarily on Service Cloud and Salesforce Public Sector Solutions (PSS), for public sector projects.
Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications using best practices.
- Develop solutions using Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, Flows, and Salesforce configuration.
- Configure and enhance Service Cloud features such as Case Management, Knowledge, Service Console, Entitlements, and Omni-Channel.
- Build integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and support data migration activities.
- Participate in the full SDLC, including development, testing, deployments, code reviews, and production support.
- Work closely with business and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions.
