• As part of a CRM transformation program in wealth management, a financial services organization is implementing Salesforce Financial Services Cloud. A Functional Analyst is sought to bridge the gap between business needs and the Salesforce solution, within a multidisciplinary team.
• The role encompasses facilitating business workshops (scoping, design), documenting Salesforce functional requirements (user stories, epics), analyzing FSC processes (lead conversion, opportunity management, activities, and appointments), modeling as‑is and to‑be processes, contributing to the backlog with the Product Owner, and supporting the configuration and testing teams through to user adoption.

Requirements

• The ideal candidate has delivered functional analysis projects on Salesforce (FSC, Sales Cloud, or Service Cloud) in a financial, banking, or insurance context.
